When faced with challenging recruitment regions and screening criteria, Pearson Education looked to Studio intO for help. We provided on-the-ground participant recruitment and the management of research at designated UX research facilities. The research, including interview moderation and simultaneous translation, was live-streamed around the globe to make the insight accessible to stakeholders.

With intO’s support, Pearson was able to carry out research in key locations that otherwise would have been too complicated to include. The insights delivered have been used to continue the progressive development of this new global learning platform.
