Jonny Jiang

Jonny is a specialist in design research for innovation and business transformation.

With a background in service design, Jonny’s work features a combination of holistic user-experiences and competitive advantages to shape business innovation. Passionate about delivering transformative effects for clients and their customers, Jonny also has an intrinsic curiosity and empathy towards different culture groups. He is a tutor at Loughborough University, and also a fellow at the Royal Society of Arts and at the Chatham House Royal Institute of International Affairs in the UK.

Jonny has a PhD from the Royal College of Art, an MA in Business, and a PhD in Design. He also received an RSA Fellow Award on a fintech solution, and a D&AD New Blood Award for a retail innovation. He has lived in China and France, and is now based in the UK. He speaks English, Chinese, and a little French.
