Susanna specialises in research into the digital environment and transportation systems, design thinking and gamifying business.

With design skills and a business background, Susanna works closely with the Institute of German Economy as an industry mentor. She also works as a writer and project manager of digitalisation transform processes. Susanna is interested in the ‘future of work’ and how new technologies can be integrated in work places and lead to flexible working hours, fair pay and empowerment of employees.

Susanna has an Apprenticeship qualification in Product Design, a BA in Business Administration from the Berlin School of Economics, and studied Engineering at the Beuth University of Applied Sciences Berlin. She has lived in Poland and Ireland, and is currently based in Germany. She speaks German, Polish, English, Czech, and French.
