We are looking for developers with Real-Time development experience

We are conducting a research study that involves EMBEDDED software developers

About the research: 

We are Studio intO, a global design and innovation research agency. We’re  working with our client to find professionals with real-time development experience, who are willing to share their perspectives and experiences with a knowledgeable researcher.

Participants will be briefed to engage with a pre-interview task that will take one hour to complete. The subsequent remote interview with one of our researchers will be arranged separately and will take 90 minutes.

We are offering $600 USD as compensation for your time.

About the research sessions: 

We will be running each session – pre-task and interview – between 25th October and 4th November.

The client will decide who joins these sessions, according to the information we ask you to provide. 

We are looking for participants who: 

• Can communicate and read in English.
• Have experience as software/firmware/system developers/architects, and with real-time development
• Have experience with C/C++ and (x86) Intel architecture (Arm is not mandatory, but desirable), and moderate experience with Python
• Have experience of optimising BIOS settings for low latency or deterministic timing, and with Hypervisors
  
• Have experience working with hard-real-time requirements
