Alejandra is a specialist in complex culture research for the Latin markets.

She combines her deep knowledge of cultures with her design-management capabilities and is an expert in navigating the complexity of cultures in the Latin markets. Alejandra is motivated in bridging cultural boundaries, and through her creative approach, her practice is to empower people, to release their freedom and independence, so their own ideas bring benefit to society. Through her academic and industry connections in Colombia and Latin America, Alejandra works with local brands, to help them develop their businesses. Her most recent academic achievement is the creation of curricula that teach Transitional and Speculative design for Social Innovation.

Alejandra holds a BA qualification in Industrial Design from the National University of Colombia and an MA from Hochschule Anhalt University in Germany. She has lived in Germany and is currently based in Cali, Colombia. She speaks Spanish and English.
