Chloe is intO’s Research & Insight Director.

Chloe manages the delivery of global research and innovation projects, using her skill in balancing insight with inspiration. She then recommends how those insights can be used to achieve commercial and strategic business aims. Her specialisms include consumer insight, trend research, visual language direction and CMF research. With many years’ experience of working for both creative agencies and clients (ranging from FMCG, transport, electronics and digital products), she helps clients to incorporate the voice of their customers from around the world by testing, validating and exploring their future consumer landscape and products.

Chloe gained a first-class honours degree in Design For Industry from Northumbria University, and is currently studying The Power MBA. She is based in the UK and speaks English.
