Christina specialises in user experience research, innovation management and service design.

With her multicultural background from the Philippines, Egypt and Canada, Christina integrates her cultural approach with her work in service design. At present, she is working with the Canadian Government to research and develop strategies for citizen-led services. In addition, she is a guest lecturer and mentor for the Digital Futures Lab in Ocad University, Toronto.

Christina has gained an MA qualification in Innovation Management from Central Saint Martins, and an MA in Service Design from Politicnico di Milano. She has lived in the UK and Italy, and is based currently in Canada. She speaks English, French, Spanish and Italian.
