Isabella Lok

Isabella specialises in design research, strategy, and content design.

With a background in fashion journalism, Isabella was motivated to pivot into experience design by her desire to forge deeper connections with users. Having worked for Alibaba, and private and public sector clients in Australia, Isabella believes in taking a collaborative approach to human-centred design. She is passionate about sustainability and inclusive tech – using technology for good.

Isabella is currently completing a graduate programme in Service Design at RMIT. She has lived in Hong Kong, France and the USA, and is now based in Melbourne, Australia. She speaks English, Cantonese, Chinese, and a little French.
