Jesse Adeniji

Jesse is the Regional Lead for Africa at intO. He is an expert in innovation-management tools such as design-thinking, service and experience design, trends-mapping and strategic foresight, which guide clients to navigate the complexities of engaging in modern-day business. His role as a Brand Strategist and Planner at Leo Burnett Lagos and Copywriter at JWT Lagos, enabled Jesse to adapt worldwide accounts to complement the cultural narrative in Nigeria.

How climate change will affect all aspects of life is of particular interest to Jesse. He believes that people either need to adapt to live harmoniously with natural systems, or those systems will impose a reset. He is of the opinion that diverse groups and organisations can work together to resolve the ways that we live and engage in business, to sustain our natural environments.

Jesse has an MA qualification in Innovation Management at Central Saint Martins. He has also worked in advertising worldwide, managing the brands for Unilever, Guinness, and Coke Zero, amongst others. In addition to being a contributor at innovation summits, Jesse has delivered a talk at Leicester Castle Business School, De Montfort University, about resilience and enterprise in African businesses.
