Kate Fasano

Kate is a researcher with a specialist interest in the cultures and customs of East Africa, Germany and South Korea.

She grew up in a multicultural community and has lived on three continents, all of which has informed her work with us at intO. Kate is currently strategising new vocational training programmes for social inclusion of North Korean refugees. 

Kate has a BA in Korean and East Asian Studies, and an MA in Intercultural Communication. She has lived in Uganda and South Korea, and is now living in Germany. She speaks German, English, Korean and Italian.
