Kate specialises in research of the cultures and customs of East Africa, Germany and South Korea.

Growing up in a multicultural community, and living on three continents, has informed Kate’s work at intO. At present, she is also strategising new vocational training programs for social inclusion of North Korean refugees.

Kate has gained a BA qualification in Korean and East Asian Studies, and an MA in Intercultural Communication. She has lived in Uganda and South Korea, and is based currently in Germany. She speaks German, English, Korean and Italian.
