Thiara Cavadas

Thiara is a cultural and foresight strategist, innovation catalyst and educator, with over a decade of experience in researching global behaviour and technology shifts.

With a unique blend of expertise in trend scouting, technology mapping, horizon scanning, scenario planning and UX research, Thiara works with global organisations to help them navigate the complex landscape of innovation and transformation. She has collaborated with renowned brands and institutions such as UNDP, Google, GIZ and the European Institute of Innovation & Technology (EIT).

Thiara has a BA in Communication and Media Studies from Universidade de São Paulo and Birmingham City University in the UK. She has lived and worked in many countries across South America, Europe and Asia Pacific, and she’s now based in Brazil. She speaks Portuguese and English.
